House Bill 581 Town Hall
The City of Fayetteville will host a special Town Hall Meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2025, to discuss the recently-passed Georgia House Bill 581. The meeting will take place in the City Hall Council Chamber, 210 Stonewall Avenue West.
House Bill 581, passed during the Georgia General Assembly 2024 Legislative Session and signed by Governor Brian Kemp, introduces changes that will impact local government revenue. This bill includes procedural modifications to property tax assessments and appeals, a new statewide homestead exemption (which local governments can opt out of), and a local option sales tax aimed at providing property tax relief. A short presentation will be delivered followed by a time of questions and answers with the Mayor and City Council.

PCHOA Annual Community Meeting (UPDATE)

Calling all neighbors! Join us at the annual community meeting. Meet your neighbors and share ideas on community improvements. We invite all homeowners and renters to join us.
We need to vote on a few positions on the leadership team. Nominate yourself or someone to help lead Princeton Chase into 2025.
Meetings take place via Zoom so you can engage with us from wherever you are.

Candy Cane Hunt
The Annual Candy Cane Hunt is back! Pancake breakfast, pictures with Santa, holiday crafts, inflatables, vendors, and the Candy Cane Hunts! The Hunts will be split up by age groups and the price of the ticket includes ALL activities! Everyone will need a ticket to enter and this will be a cashless event!
